More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews for "the best HVAC company in Austin". We make your business easy for those tools to find, trust and recommend.
A person reviews your Google listing, your website on a phone and the businesses that outrank you in Austin, then replies within one business day.
A one-minute film on how Austin customers decide now, with sourced numbers. The chat answer and map pack are illustrations.
Where do Austin customers look first now? Now they ask. An example question to an AI assistant: who is the best plumber in Austin for a burst pipe today? The AI answers with recommendations, and it recommends the business it can trust: clear business facts, real reviews and helpful pages. 45% of US consumers used AI tools like ChatGPT for local recommendations in 2026, up from 6% a year earlier (BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey 2026, 1,002 US adults). When an AI summary appears, people click a regular result in 8% of Google visits, versus 15% when there is none (Pew Research Center, July 2025). Google Maps still decides who gets the call: distance, relevance and prominence decide the map pack (Google Business Profile Help). We fix what AI and Google both read: your Google profile, real reviews and helpful pages, so AI can recommend you and customers can book. Examples from accounts our team has worked on, not Austin clients: JTC CPAs, a US accounting firm, grew from 0 to 285 organic clicks a month in 16 months, with 28 keywords in Google’s top 3 (Google Search Console and case study data). Auto King, in Australia, ranked #1 on Google Australia for “mobile mechanic castle hill” on October 6, 2026, with 166 keywords in the top 3. The evidence
US surveys and browsing data, 2025 and 2026.
AI is now part of how people choose local businesses. In 2026, 45% of consumers in a US survey used generative AI tools for local recommendations, up from 6% a year earlier. Google remains the most used source at 71%, so the goal is to be found in both.
AI summaries also change clicks. Pew Research found people clicked a regular result in 8% of Google visits that showed an AI summary, compared with 15% of visits without one. Being the business an AI answer mentions, and being the result customers still click, are both worth earning.
The honest version
AI tools build answers from web pages, business listings, reviews and structured facts. If your information is missing, inconsistent or hard to read, they pass you over, or get it wrong.
No one controls what an AI tool says, and anyone who promises a mention is guessing. What we can do is improve the signals these tools rely on, and measure the result.
Good local SEO, honest reviews and helpful pages are also what AI answers draw on. That is why this service builds on your core SEO and does not replace it.

It builds on it. Clear facts, helpful pages, reviews and structured data help both search results and AI answers, so we do not treat them as separate projects.
We check the main assistants customers use, including ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, using the same questions each month so changes are comparable.
It varies by tool and by how much needs fixing. We report what we see monthly and do not promise a timeline.
Not yet. In BrightLocal's 2026 survey, 71% of consumers still used Google as a source of local recommendations, while 45% used AI tools, up from 6% a year earlier. Both matter, and they overlap.
We trace where the wrong fact came from, such as an old listing or page, and correct it at the source.
